Austin Kendo Doshikai and the Kendo Association at the University of Texas host the 21st Longhorn Invitational Team Kendo Taikai and Youth Individual Open Tournament on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY: Teams are allowed one 6-dan or 7-dan kenshi per team. Team members must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the taikai.
YOUTH INDIVIDUAL: NEW for 2026! We will conduct a Youth Individual Open Tournament for boys and girls ages 12 to 17 (as of 9/26/2026).
